Stopping at the Athira to get night vision goggles i was shot and killed by Fin who was on a roof with no initiaion, he was asked to come on ts to speak with me but did not respond.

This might be the case of the player who shot you might have been too far away for you hear but it is still his responsibility to make sure that his initiation is heard and is not low quality. Another thing I'd like to point out to you and your gang members @vulture198 is that using sidechat information is considered as meta-gaming let this be a warning to your gang and yourself that it should not happen again!
