Travelling from Athira to the Airport, while driving recieved intiation with : Hands up or die !!! then I get blown up from another vehicle ramming into me, which I was unable to get the name in time. When I was down, I asked him to repeat what he said: Hands up or Die !!
The video provided will be sufficent evidence

Player then combats log from the server then to join seconds later elsewhere

As the obvious caveat to the execution rule is as follows:

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

Can you please provide a longer video to support the death claim by VDM.
