Please (in detail) describe the incident

While attempting to pull over a HEMMT Box after we witnessed it and the Hatchback Sport leave the Kavala Weed Field, the Red Sporty attempted to use his vehicle to stop us.

When the hatchback sport glitches forward out of view the driver is killed and that is how we know it was him. It matches with the ANPR'd name.

I sent the gentleman around 3/4 in game messages with no response at all.

In my honest opinion, it seems from the get go that he was intentionally using his vehicle against ours. And the fact he didn't respond to any of my messages makes me wonder if knows what he did was wrong?

 
@Khaan & @Samuel ThompsonKhaan you didn't sended me messages [or i didn't saw the messages my bad], i didn't try to VDM you at all, not everyone can drive so good to hit no one, i'm very sorry. and i dont have a good PC, if u want any refund please ask me here Or In-game.

After speaking to BreakingLight on TS, he was sure this wasn't/isn't VDM.

 
Right.. Not having a good PC is no excuse for ramming someone. If you would have accidently hit someone on the side of the road, we can contribute that to bad driving or a bad framerate.. You tried numerous times to block him from passing, a few times it worked. In that, I can see that you can drive pretty well. Yet you still decide to steer into the other car..

When asked to resolve this, you refused to talk about it, keeping up the statement that you did nothing wrong. Just offering compensation (while it is clear nothing was lost) is not the way out. We have these rules for a reason and you clearly do not understand them, or think yourself exempt from them.

I didn't receive any messages from them that they want to discus about it. When i they came on teamspeak with me i told that it looks like i vdm't but i didn't.... @Khandamiris it possible to make an appeal?
