Please (in detail) describe the incident
Whilst on server 1 we had just been attending a H.M treasury robbery by the UNMC, they had left the treasury and proceeded towards their lands, for some time they held off in their FOB whilst they sent more soldiers towards the gold buyer to clear out the waves of police that had been ready to fire upon any UNMC arriving, after a lengthy firefight with the UNMC I was the sole survivor with just a MK20 and wetsuit as I trying my very best to pick off any UNMC whilst sat in the water, unfortunately I was snuck up on while swimming and was rubbered by Sgt. James and zip tied, I have no problem with Sgt.James as I feel his use of rubbers was fine.
My problem stands with Gen. McTavish after I had been rubbered and restrained in the water Mctavish said “fuck you cop” whilst keep in mind we were currently under the water, I was rather confused to the fact he was speaking whilst engulfed in water as you can hear when I start making a drowning sound, as far as I am concerned I am not aware of any device that allows someone to talk in water, hook me up if so. “Fuck you cop” is the only RP I got from Gen.Mctavish before being executed, after I had been intercepted by Sgt. James he proceeded to escort me to the coast where he told me he was taking my “GPS and Radio” and was expecting some good role play as I was essentially a hostage now as I was last alive and no shots had been fired for quite some time from anybody else but myself.
In my opinion I believe due to the fact Sgt. James had communicated with me and spoken to me a role play situation was established but unfortunately then I was greeted with a bullet to the head by Gen. McTavish, I feel if the UNMC are going to have rubber bullets they should’ve be using them in the way they are, rubbering and executing. This is terrible role play in my opinion. As a officer we offer quality roleplay after apprehending someone and rubbering them, delivering them to the prison offers lots of time to have a reasonable amount of roleplay and I feel if UNMC are to have rubber bullet guns they should be used with the only intent of bringing the captive to prison instead of executing them without saying a word, this is not the type of role play I would expect from a UNMC General as they are supposed to be a role model to other soldiers. This is not the first report against Gen.McTavish this week I would like to add, this seems like a recurring problem regarding the General this week due to him being reported for FailRP and breaking NLR.
I strongly believe the rule that Mc.Tavish broke as stated below:
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.
