Please (in detail) describe the incident

Myself and PC Saul ANPR'd a Hemmet Box Truck registered to a General Cobra. We looked up his name on the PNC to find he was a wanted criminal, to which we started to pusue his vehicle. As he failed to stop, CI Phil and DI Hontah had deployed a spike strip to end his evasive driving. He drove over the spikes and we introduced ourselves as plain cloths police and then restrained the driver. After a search of the truck and at the start of the conversation with the driver i was shot alond with DI Hontah with no initiation or warning.

I was unable to speak to General Cobra in person in game via message on TS due to him spoken to by members of staff. Ponty and TomTheDoge

Would just like to add. We had initiated on you prior to the incident and I was told also that i could personally kill you. Also i was in postion on the hill when i saw the undercover cops attempt to taze him and pull guns on him. Ontop im already banned

As far as I can tell, Player got banned for this situation. 

Moving to Rejected since player is already banned!
