What best describes this incident ?: Talking out of character and Combat Logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was playing as my police character (PC Bluefort O'Conner) and responding to a panic by AS-1. Upon arriving at the scene, AS-1 stated to me that there are two people in the back of the car and one of them shouted at myself saying he was kidnapped. As this was said, Geo Sav got into the stolen vehicle and drove off. This lead into a pursuit down Los Santos Freeway. The vehicle was then seen in the air becuase of how Geo Sav was driving. The vehicle then crashed on the ground where Geo Sav was on the ground running and around and fail to stop after being asked. He didn't act his injuries out from the crash but instead still didn't listen to the to officer asking him to stop. He was being red dotted and still didn't listen to the point he got into the police vehicle and drove off.
After this, i was able to get myself back down towards MRPD returning and stolen ARV. This is when my DSU vehicle pinged an ANPR camera heading towards MRPD. As i was approaching the front of MRPD, the vehicle drove in front of MRPD. I then approached the vehicle and asking Geo Sav to get out of the vehicle on which he failed to comply. Because of this, i saw an opportunity to use my taser on Geo Sav through the back left door windows as it was smashed. The taser worked and Geo Sav was arrested. At this point he started to talk out of character and go on about being in a scenario on which i said that i didn't know what he was going on about to keep with the RP we was in. he kept complaining about failed RP. as you can see in the Bodycam Footage i have posted with this report. you can clearly hear him talking out of character and even Combat Log out of the cells. I tried to continue the RP by telling him why he was arrested and so on but clearly didn't went to listen.
A staff member replied back on OOC chat after requesting an admin. Name: Violet
She saw everything in the cells and saw him Combat Log in front of us.
