We were at the prison, because me and my friends had just helped an officer. We got rewarded, and we stayed at the prison for a while. Suddenly, 2 guys, kept glitching out multiple times, and 100% igored us.

I dont know if i have more to say, it's kinda hard to explain. The situation is shown in the footage below.
