Please (in detail) describe the incident
Was on server 1 at 04:40pm on the 23/05/17 me SGT Slater was responding to reports of armed player in Athira area me and Slater was talking to civs to investigate what had happened and trying to find out who the guys were who was shooting and where the shots was coming from, another INS who was on patrol with us was spotting from the roof of one of the buildings and advised me on a guy with a gun on his back I then saw the guy and proceeded to follow him to stop and detain him for questioning he had a large rifle on his back a mk14 with scopes and attachments he started hiding in a bush I then asked him to come out and place his hands on his head he then ran off towards the main street running all over the place I then told him to stop running otherwise he would be tased I rubber bulleted him put him into cuffs and proceeded to move him towards the police station so I can then talk to him about what he has done he then disconnected on me while he was in cuffs throughout the whole time he never responded or talked to me he was silent all the time have been trying to look for the guy on teamspeak but to no avail.
