Ill let the video speak for itself, however long story short
1.ANPRed Offroad, Came back wanted.
2.Pursuit
3. Car to Car inatition
4. All 3 decamped and Muhi states get out get out get out
5. No time to comply open fire and kill us
6. Execute us with no Roleplay

Went to Lisian, Muhi was certain he did nothing wrong along with the other 2 of his friends. Clearly haven't a clue how to play on this server

Alright there are many things wrong here with the other party and what they did.

1. Initiated from a vehicle

2. Said stop the vehicle and then shot

As from seen in the video I can tell they were not there to roleplay what so ever. 
This is not what we expect here on our server. 
I will give a  day for the other party to respond as I have a couple of questions; 

Who was the one who was sat in the back?
Why do you think minimal RP is acceptable on RPUK?

Alright looking at the video the party who are being reported don't actually initiate, they tell you to "Stop the car, Stop the car" and Yes vehicle to vehicle initiations are not allowed on this server. 

Now Greg has had quite some time on our server and should be teaching the newer ones such as [CPL] Muhi and Dimitri Porkashenko how to initiate and he clearly has not done a good job of this.

RPUK is a server that provides High Quality Roleplay and which part of just engaging on the police when they case you is High Quality Roleplay? 

As for Greg he will be receiving a ban for RDM. The other two will be given stern warnings on their accounts.
