I stole a chopper. As I take off I got killed by the owner without initiation. He claimes he told me: "dont take off or I will shoot you"

As there was no response from the other player involved i will deal with this without input from him

This is a clear cut case of rdm there from your video. If they did try to speak to you before shooting they was too far away to be heard. It is their responsibility to make sure they are in range to be heard.

Given what is said above they will be getting a 24 hour ban for 2.2
