Please (in detail) describe the incident: Gus Menendez was attempting to troll us in the past, not horrifically, but enough to make us want to remove his memory. Including some disgusting insults towards one of my members "Lilly-Mae Garcia". We decided to take matters into the Mafia's hands & deal with Gus Menendez. We took him hostage, took him to the dam, ended his life & dumped him in the deepest parts of the water - I think we can all agree that it's impossible to see anyone in deep water. Let alone find someone coincidentally! Approximately 15-20 minutes after this, somehow 2 friends of Gus have found him. Jett & Yogi. Enabling him to be saved & retain his memory. This was confirmed by a text from Gus to Lilly & Some disgusting insults from Jett along the lines of, "I'm gonna keep coming for you because you're pregnant, one for the head, one for the baby". There was no proof that We had taken Gus hostage at all, he had no forms of communication, so where did they get the information?

I'm a bit busy atm but I will answer all of these accusations and debunk them. Also I love how there wasn't any reach of any QE or aware of the report but I will respond when I'm free.

Good Evening,

The claim that metagaming was involved in locating Gus Menendez is unfounded. As someone deeply involved in the crim world within this server, and having played on it for many of years, I'm familiar with common body dumping locations especially places like the Pier/Marina & Dam ( where Gus got found), which is widely known to be used for this purpose. Sometimes you get lucky in these scenarios, sometimes you don’t. In this case, we were fortunate enough to come across him. You mention that he was deep in the water but you dumped him underneath a torture room right next to a wooden bridge !

It’s also important to mention that prior to the incident, Gus had told Max he was going to meet Lilly. He had suspicions he was going to get taken. He gave Max the location of the meetup and that is where Gus's car got found. The car was empty with Gus nowhere to be found and from this point onwards is when I called Lilly.

Additionally, this report appears to have been made without any effort to resolve the matter through Discord or in QE before escalating to a forum report. As many would agree, the forums should be a last resort, especially when situations like this can be clarified or resolved through a simple conversation. I would have appreciated the opportunity to clear things up before being reported.

As for the roleplay messages that were mentioned, I understand they may have come across as "Disgusting", and I do apologize if anyone took them that way personally. However, it’s important to recognize that this is within RP, my character operates in a gritty, often hostile world, and his words reflect that. These were strictly in-character expressions intended to drive story and tension, not personal attacks.

I personally don't clip stuff because I already have a hard time playing the server ( it has been quite laggy for me ) and when I put either medal/outplayed on it just makes it impossible to play but I'm sure the others got times/texts and clips. I won't be responding further unless I'm asked to by staff and I'm quite frankly disappointed by all of this.

PS Yogi wasn't involved nor anywhere near us when we found Gus. To me that just shows that your just assuming and don't even have your facts straight as you don't even know who exactly found Gustavo and how it happened and who was looking for him ( multiple people btw )

Edit! Can i ask why you removed the first clip ? is because Lilly started typing as soon as she got caught or that she put in ooc that she was on the phone but your clip shows that this wasn't the case! luckily we managed to get the clip before you removed it

Second of all you are accusing us of Metagaming when you have to realise we've been in the city for a while and people were aware that I was missing seen in the clip above, Me getting found isn't because it was meta it was just poor dumping and I think everyone that played the server knows that The Pier, Dam and Marina are the most obvious dump spots. I would understand if you dumped me in the middle of nowhere but it wasn't. Its a place where we're all familiar with and go there most days when we go torture people.

To quote yourself you said "DEEP" in this screenshot I'm literally inches away from the water and was found during the day where my body would be more visible.

However, In RP gus left me half way through and said he was going to come back to me but he never did after an hour waiting for him so i tried calling him and no response so I left it at that (hoping he would call me back when he has signal or phone has charged since he would see my missed call)

Also during yesterday while I was at legion bean machine I got a call from Jet and he informed me that Gus told Max "about him meeting with lilly and that its probably going to be a set up, if Gus isn't responding on the phone and his car is left abandoned then he has been grabbed by lily" (it doesnt take much to put two together if someone was last seen with someone and they are now missing, ANYONE would assume that the person that he met up with had grabbed them) and I replied huh I was wandering what is taking Gus so long to come back to me (as He I was his passenger princess for the day). Glad that is cleared up

Next Jet then informed me that him and max are on the look out for him, assuming that the worse case scenario he has been or is going to be dumped (as 9/10 no one has the balls to prolong roleplay and just kill people off now so that they face no repercussions for their actions) going round checking the obvious dumping spots (especially knowing the nature of your small family you call the mafia being quite fresh to the crim scene)

Pro tip <3 If you are going to dump someone, do it on a random mountain or beach, and make sure that they die (bleed out) and not pray

Secondly

I think we can all agree that it's impossible to see anyone in deep water.

I very much disagree with this statement as when underwater people stick out, especially if you are using Natural Vision Evolved.

Also you state "deep water" but in reality you dumped him below the stairs to the dam torture room, his body was also hugging the wall/coast of the dam which makes it even easier to see.

Finally thank you for providing your video/evidence as during our interaction today as I would like to highlight your poor quality roleplay, you were silent for about 30minutes and after multiple attempts to get you talking and no response, I put in OOC "Cold RP" you replied later in LOOC "on the phone", which is clearly not the case as in your evidence provided, your lovely high quality microphone was unmuted for the whole duration and you are clearly present on the computer and on GTAV as you kept pausing the game and also turning your camera while also NOT on the phone to anyone. Then you ALSO CLEARLY Said out loud "IM NOT TALKING" to who ever entered your room (towards the end of your clip).

Next I'd like to outline that you were talking just 2 seconds before you were grabbed by me gus and jet, and while you were getting put in restraints at 03:18, you tabbed out, muted on discord and then instantly started typing away (on discord? META?) but hey thats not for me to speculate. 3:43 you tabbed back into GTA (while YOU hadn't said ONE SINGLE WORD still) and the excuse of "on the phone" is clearly a lie as you were talking 2 seconds before we grabbed you and since your microphone is very sensitive we could clearly hear that no one called your mobile phone and better yet, at 3:49 you started laughing at the situation.

At 4:32 you are clearly active on the computer and on gta while this whole time; you're clearly present and yet you refused and didn't even attempt to provide any roleplay at all.

Now, let me provide some of my own evidence given to me. please look at exhibit A

Exhibit A - A discord message from Lilly to Gustavo stating the following after todays situation (discord name is hidden for privacy reason ofc but if need be can be provided in a ticket)

but as proven from her OWN evidence (her mic is unmuted the whole time) she is not on the phone, no one rang her phone, and just refused to provide and sort of roleplay.

You never once asked us to go QE to clarify any of your queries.

I feel as if this report is just an attempt to get back for us grabbing you today and is a complete waste of the staffs time.

This is primarily aimed towards the finding of Gus, I want to see the evidence that he was found naturally & also evidence that he was found in pure daylight as the picture above is dark & you can just about make out a pair of white shoes.

I was not involved in today’s kidnapping, so aiming your messages towards me about this scene is incorrect. Also the mentioning of “pro tips” - Little unnecessary don’t you think?

Well well ! now it makes sense and i understand why you removed the clip initially. When you guys kill gus you call him a "batty boy" this is a homophobic slur and it was seen in the first clip which you removed and now have edited. Like i said luckily we have the original clip and it will be posted by Yogi. Can i ask you why you went out your way to remove the clip and now re-uploaded it while removing the audio part where you call gus a batty boy ?

Clearly you haven't read our responses as it was stated with the turn of events with reasoning which, had lead to the body being found so I don't understand your assumption for "external messaging".

I'm going to state this again as you avoided responding to this ---> going to QE would have cleared this trivial matter up very easily.

Well as Jet and I have pointed out, the reason this clip was taken down in the first place is very obvious as everyone can clearly hear you vocally calling Gus a "Batty boy" a homophobic slur.

There is no excuse to using this type of language no matter you characters background or back story.

You state these are not your clips yet you have Lilly (the owner of the clip) remove the original clip to then be able to mute the 2 seconds which has you calling someone a homophobic slur - Lilly has no reason to mute the audio as it would not affect her personally (as she didn't say a homophobic slur) which is easy and fair to assume that you influenced that person to make these changes to cover your own end.

So you stating that your "not sure why the first clip has disappeared" is a complete and utter lie; secondly this begs the question, what else has been edited, cropped, and muted out?
It clearly states on Official RPUK Report a player Guide "you must provide 3-5 minutes of unedited footage", which the first clip that is 4:38 seconds long has been cropped down from 5minutes and has had the audio edited(something being hiden in the missing 22 seconds of footage?). This can be further backed by the 2nd clip provided being 5minutes long (which is the medals default recording preset 5minutes) before any changes/edits.

The ONLY blatant rule break proven here today is the use of homophobic language (with a poor attempt to cover it up) this is also while not questioning what I outlined in my first reply to @lilly (the clip provider) who is yet to respond to this report.

The "Pro tips" is nothing but a friendly piece of advice, so that you know for future rp scenarios with us or any one else (however, after this petty and very unnecessary report, it is very unlikely I'd willing chose to partake in any form of roleplay with you again)

Also @Holsy Kray please may you direct @lilly to my first response as we gave her the benefit of the doubt yesterday when she claimed to "be on the phone" in LOOC but turned out she was not (provided by her own evidence) which we did not have access at the time. (we had to assume she was being truthful as we didn't have her clips)

At the end of the day if you want to make sure someone is dumped, don't dump them right below a torture room as people like us who have been on the server for 2 or more years now know of these bait and obvious locations such as Pier, canals, and the dam which new people tend to go to; next time dump them in the middle of the ocean or on a mountain and watch them bleed <3 (like most experienced role-players do <3)
