Please (in detail) describe the incident: Two days ago we went to Gustavo Mendes and confronted him for saying "Shut up " on tweedle to one of our boys (LG). He originally wanted to confront Gus, however he was informed they are the alliance from that point LG also wanted to offer them a business proposition and to inform Gus to not disrespect him ever again. Today when i logged on I saw that Gus had called me so I gave him a call back. He then continues to accuse me of being at the scene when in the clip you can see that I was blacked out and wearing a mask, I then told him to prove that it is me, he says "I saw you, and I heard you voice", as you can see in the clip. To me this seems like he is obviously trying to voice ID me to create a larger situation.

First things first the Rp that you guys provided that day was abysmal, It wasn't fun at all for both parties and you just left us at Sandy airport in zip ties with nothing to it. Second of all I didn't voice ID you because you literally did a grand reveal where you showed you face to us which you can see in the clip below which you magically cut out from the clip that you provided to clearly get me in trouble. Also you're mentioning that LG had wanted to offer a business opportunity but instead provided shit Rp and left us without saying a word and had to walk down the airfield for a good 4 minutes. Also a big help to uncover all of this is where one of your members that was escorting me got taken out and was literally screaming your name. Also had no intention of talking to me in QE to discuss the situation before he put a report in.

In conclusion the evidence I've provided below is enough for me to identify that is Michael and that I didn't identify him just based on his voice because he literally showed his face and had another guy screaming his name.

This is the last time I'm going to talk on this matter and leave it to the admins because this was a stupid report.

Can I also add on that because you mentioned the fact that you Tweedled Celeste so we had the conversation with Celeste and she confirmed it was your Tweedle. So even if you didn’t speak we would have known it was you. 

Edit note: Regardless of the fact your name was mentioned and you revealed yourself and the context of our kidnapping - what exact rule has Gus broken here? Just had a gander at the rules again and there is nothing about Voice ID.

Not exactly sure on how this has made it to the forums fellas.
 

If i were to kidnap someone all blacked out and they said that was me from my voice, i would not at all be surprised. 

Where is the server rule that states you cannot identify someone based off voice?

Yes, police cannot process/prosecute you based off voice alone. Which makes sense. But as civs, you should have done more to cover your identity.
