I will be attaching a word document of timestamps to explain what exactly happens in every video and where you should concentrate your eyes, as there are over 15 players around the whole footage so just throwing it in and not explaining would be a bad idea. (It's two pages long in word so throwing it in here would take too much of space, if required by admin reviewing this case, it will be done.)
A player is getting reported for 3x 2.1 rule and possible 2.4 which will be explained in the document and video provided next.
I had taken a day to convince myself that it is this player as while I was recording it yesterday I was directing myself towards fully another civilian in suspicions (Sorry Kiosk, and get the mic)
Around 20 seconds after last shot footage another vehicle hits the town killing all players seen in footage, that's where I ask Haider to get to Teamspeak liaison room to sort this situation out and explain the rules, waiting for about 30minutes nobody shows up, I won't flag "trying to resolve" yet as message might not reached the player because of possible deaths spams in chat.

All and all footage was recorded with Nvidia ShadowPlay, sorry if there's going to be any cuts outs as I'm recording Instant Replay action button.

I have removed the attachment as I don't exactly want to download anything under the reason of you making it is because it is quite long, so instead of attaching documents you should go about putting it in either a pastebin or better yet a google document and link that instead taking the best two examples. If you wish you may PM me directly with proof of the possible 2.4 but without evidence, nothing can be done with it.

Also, your second video is broken for me at least and there is nothing to view.

Either way it is blatant this person is here to VDM and purely troll and is not suitable to be on our services so if they ever wish to return they can fill out an appeal and actually bother to read the rules and follow them, they are there not to be a nuisance but to keep the server as enjoyable as possible for everyone and they only exist due to people like this who wish to just cause trouble and get around rules or just upright break them.
