Went over to some guy in a building with a gun he instantly shoots my car so i tell him hands up and then when i push the stairs he shoots again.

Are you able to provide a slightly longer video about showing about 3 minutes before the event?

I only ask as from the video alone it doesn't show if there was previous initiation etc.
