Please (in detail) describe the incident: so i hopped in my car when in the space of 2 to 3 second and at hyper speed i get told to get out of the car without a gun, giving me no time to response or rp , i try to drive a little forwards to dont vdm the car infront of me when i get shot about 1 second later i see this as rdm coz i didnt have time to response and also fail rp as he doesn't try to start any rp of any quality high or low

Right, well I gave the player plenty of time to respond but I guess not. Pretty much, hands up or die right there. I can't believe that people think that kind of thing flies here, it is stated very clearly in the rules.
