During the incident i was doing a high grade weed run and 2 men came in my direction in a black quilin, as soon as i saw this i jumped in my hemit and drove off to save my weed, the robbers claimed to have intiated but i heard nothing and you can see that in the video, the robbers start to shoot at me i told them numerous times that you can't initiate from a vehicle but they claimed to have already intiated, and then i crashed so the only thing i could do was get out and shoot were i had killed one but died and lost all my weed and my gear.

First of all, you started shooting first when you left truck, second we told you to stop and we wont kill you, its even in your video, and you and your friend did metagaming. We waited in your TS room even. So dont say you tried to resolve it before reporting.

After reviewing the provided evidence i have come with the next conclusions.

@RifleNaMiru  The roleplay provided from your end was piss poor and falls under the rule 7.1.3 and 2.2 using "Pullover" as your full initiation isnt only poor you also decided to do so from inside your vehicle witch is a nono on its own. for the break of these rules you will be recieving a 48 hour ban as you have been banned before.

@KyleC As enoying as a situation like this might be you should never ever call another player a spastic by doing so you broke rule 1.2 and therefore will be recieving a 48 hour ban as this is also your second ban.

@Supa Savage as you where the driver and @KyleC shot at you first you havent broken any rules however make sure that you standards encrease
