So when I was at rebel outpost, I initiated on this guy and ended up shooting him which was why he was laying on the floor outside. Then when I went to go talk to the guy I shot I met up with this fella who I tried to talk to but was pointed his gun at my so I pulled out my pistol for safety reasons then the next second he was opening fire at me.

@TheEnglishCrumpet Do you have a longer video of this scenario, as it appears that there is already some kind of active gunfight situation in progress as you enter the situation and pull your weapon?

I don't have a longer clip because I don't know why that would affect this situation at all. I initiated on the guy that was dead before that other guy arrived.

Clarification for myself, I have asked you for a longer clip to provide further context and you are refusing to provide one?

No... I am not refusing, my instant replay clips 1 minute, 30 second videos... Knowing that the other situation having nothing to do with the rdm I would clipped the whole thing.

Insufficient evidence has been provided at this junction. If you would like your report a players to be credible in the future I recommend clipping video's that include 3 minutes leading up to the incident at hand to establish context. 

Here I merely have your word that things went down the way that you claim at the start of the scenario, and I simply can not and will not action a report for RDM without proof of context.
