Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was at a petrol station doing a truck job, and my friend wanted to use my truck inventory, and a guy pulls up behind me and demands that i move the truck, i tell him to wait 1 minute and he pulls out a gun and kills us both. there's no story here, i have no beef with this guy.

Unfortunately without actually knowing the ID of the player in question there's nothing we can do even if we wanted to.

Hello @FluqiI'd like to give my version of events on this, prior to this instance maybe 20 mins or so ago, this individual was screaming shouting at individuals being disrespectful, ramming trucks; no turns out we had the same delivery job, I find it comical all the clips are cut - myself don't have any footage and can see why you request 3-5 mins of footage, I was more then patient and had seen no passenger so looked like said individual was stalling, I disagree with his claim of VDM as you can see no vehicle was used I believe the individual means RDM, as he was just standing there again just stalling, Hence I whip my gun out to get him to move along as as far as I was concerned he's pulling another stunt like he was down the truckers yard, just delaying delivery jobs, now as I pull my gun on himself as you can see my intentions was not to kill.. he walked off as you can clearly see, I was trying to reason and just wanted him to move the truck so I could offload fuel, he then decides to not value his life and pull a musket out so I am forced to engage bare in mind when someone doesn't value there life @Sticky FingersHow'd you expect a RP scenario which can clearly be seen from the footage, now at this point the footage is cut the individual screaming I'm reporting you bla bla bla (G2.3) - As you could probably understand it was very hard for me to be able to fully RP with the guy just whipping out the gun; now onto the second individual as you could hear, he was more reasonable he was going to move the truck then this guys attitude takes over, again the clip was cut the individual maybe 1 min later after I stated a 5 seconds to move which is not the best of RP and I am fully aware of that know after going through every rule (not played in 4-5 years) at the point of the end of the clip the second individual starts attacking me bare in mind with his fists, not valuing his life either, I warn him, he continues, I plant him in the floor, now to note, Sticky fingers has been banned I believe from yourself - I don't see this as a personal attack, I see this as an individual that's solely seeking to report at his first instance when things don't go his way; - which can also be seen from his unban appeal.

I've not been banned before, I do apologise for G1.2 (the individual as you can see from said clips just didn't want to engage in any form of RP and move, wanted to pull his gun out and just shoot as he believes the rules work in his favour "(eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)"

Thank you for providing that information. 

Firstly I'd like to apologise for the time it has taken for this Report a Player to be looked into.

I'll begin by going through what evidence I have seen and my opinions on it then we'll proceed to the conclusion of the Report.

In this video Jason is approached by who we now know to be Kyle and is asked to move his vehicle. Jason responds by saying he is busy and that Kyle has to wait. This then goes back and forth a few times before Kyle eventually has enough and pulls out a pistol and demands that Jason moves the truck. Jason, instead of complying decides to pull out a Musket and try 180 spin on Kyle and shoot him. Jason is then shot and injured because of this decision.

Whilst Jason is down on the floor injured, Kyle asks Jason's friend in a friendly manner to move his truck, he responds as if he is going to, to then be told by Jason via an external communication method not to do so. It is after this point Jason informs Kyle ingame that his friend isn't going to do that but is going to call the police. It's at this point Kyle pulls out his pistol and demands the truck is moved but this is where the clip cuts off.

Conclusion

I'd first like to begin by thanking @Kyle Jamersonfor coming forward, admitting that this is in fact you and allowing me to process this accordingly.

Typically in Report a Players we require videos between 3-5 minutes in length before the alleged rule break is committed for us to be able to provide an accurate and fair judgement on the situation however after watching the two clips provided, as detailed above I can only come to one conclusion and that is Kyle broke NO Server Rules but Jason broke multiple.

Therefore after carefully considering evidence provided, comments made and in line with the Fair Ban System a ban will be issued on Jason under the following rule(s);

• (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
  
• (G3.3) Hot Mic - You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you, you are restrained or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear.
