Please (in detail) describe the incident: a guy i was helping while waiting for my higher ranked to get on he stole my car i never got it back. He stole a Nhs Car. He never came back. i did ask him multiple times to not do it but he ignored me.

Clearly stealing an NHS vehicle thus he will receive a 1 day ban. Hopefully as he is a new player he will see this and make an effort to read the rules on our forums.
