Please (in detail) describe the incident
During RP, a hobo tried and failed to RDM me; however missed me and killed 2 others. He then later Combat logged; in the interest of time I have uploaded a Gyazo. Full vid could be uploaded if neccesary at a later date. Could not resolve as he combat logged.
