Please (in detail) describe the incident
We arrested some men and where asking the to drop their illegal weapons that they had is their back packs. We got on to HillBilly Joe and he was very unresponsive and combat log while in restraints. (I was unable to resolve the situation with the player before reporting because he was not on the Team Speak and did not come back on to the server.)
