Please (in detail) describe the incident
Followed the man through pyrgos after seeing him on the Road near Uranium Buyer to check for his pass, he eventually pulled over near the north side of pyrgos and got out. He ran away from the vehicle and pulled out a weapon to which I warned him, he put it on his back and refused to listen to putting his hands up so he was knocked out and restrained. After which he changed voice from being someone i'd say was a minor to being someone who sounds like an adult, i ran through the options he had to which he disconnected and then reconnected in Kavala. I had messaged him to come back to continue the rp but he turned around and acted oblivious to it all and said it wasn't him yet then said he will pay a 10k fine which contradicts his denial
