After I was hanging around the airport I was driving towards Kavala when I noticed someone dead in a car across the road near a fuel station.
I decided I was going to help the dudes that appearantly had crashed their car into a barrier.
As I was dragging I noticed a car pulling up and when they stepped out of their car the roleplay I was confronted with was 'hands up or get shot'.

Having looked over the video I have reached the following conclusion.

To me it is quite clear the there was not enough roleplay provided, nor was it quality roleplay. As such this is a clear case of RDM by "Hughie".

Also, in the future please make sure i can hear you in the video. It was luckily not needed for this report due to the blatantly low level of RP provided but in future cases it might be needed.

Hughie will be recieving a ban under rule 2.2.
