Hi Nathan,
I was the person that drove the Pariah and took you to Yellowjacks. However, if I recall correctly i'm not the person that killed you at the gunfight.
I am disappointed that there was not made an attempt to liaison directly after the situation. I believe a conversation in QE would've cleared up what seems to be a lack of insight from your point of view, with all due respect. I also think it's odd that this was posted after the fight we had, which you lost, and where there was clearly some negative attitude (albeit coming from both sides), and the fact that one of your members wanted to go to QE, but never followed up on it, shows that in my opinion, this is a report that was made out of spite. But I digress, it is not relevant. If you would like to liaison, I am still more than happy to have a conversation.
As for the claim of RDM at the dodgy doctor by silos, while I am not the person that killed you, I still feel like i'm very much capable of explaining why it may seem like RDM to you, when in reality it was nowhere near it.
I would like to refer to what Jay Rich has mentioned; the fact that there were some
vital communications from other TFA members over radio, which was shrugged off. I believe this to be a show of poor communication, which in my opinion backs the fact that you died unaware of the situation, with a lack of insight.
It is called over radio that there is "shots by silos". This, in my opinion should be enough for you to be aware that things are kicking off. The fact that you think it is someone else called "Chimmy", who i'm unaware of, is not our problem. It is simply poor communication.
We had shown up to silos after finding out where you were. As we spoke about in OOC last night, albeit with a more negative attitude, I am not under the impression that a new location means a new situation. Regardless, you are fully aware that you had 2 of our members hostage at the dodgy doctor. Forgive me, but it is not the intention of Hustlers Inc

to simply walk up to you and politely ask you to let our members go. In roleplay, you had cut a finger off and bashed the leg of one of the members you had up. Again, you seem unaware of this. In all honesty, this seems like your own problem.
It is not shown in the clip, but the Pariah you were repairing was that of a TFA member we had been fighting against in Sandy. Therefore, all of us present at silos were under the impression that you were the owner of the vehicle, thus making you a TFA member, thus making you a target.
Additionally, the fact you are present at a gunfight, especially considering its at a dodgy doctor in a place where barely anyone passes by, you have to understand that we are quicker to be hostile at this situation than we would be at a different, more populated location. Had you not been a member of TFA, you could've told us and we would've taken you to the hospital right away. It's not our intention to just kill everyone and fuck them over. But you were a member of TFA, and you were there for the same reason countless members of yours got downed at the dodgy doctor.
Finally, i'd like to touch on what actually concerns me, the fact that you believe it's poor roleplay dropping you off at Yellowjacks and not providing any medical RP.
I'll be honest, I hold my hands up. I definitely could've provided better medical roleplay, but I stand by the fact that I believe dropping you off at Yellowjacks was the best course of roleplay for realism and integrity. In that situation I thought of three different options:
1. We treat you at the dodgy doctor. This was immediately shut down considering the fact that many members of yours had been shot there. More could very well be aware that everyone was there, more of your members could be there, making it an unquestionable risk to try and get you up there.
2. I take you to Pillbox; again, this was shut down. It doesn't make sense in roleplay for me to just drop you off at pillbox, after having been at a gunfight, my character is not going to show you the respect of taking you to the hospital.
3. I leave you at the front door of Yellowjacks in hopes that members of yours who had been taken to pillbox would return to the bar, see you, and get you medical treatment. While it's not the perfect solution, i deemed it to be the only right solution.
As I said, I definitely could've provided better roleplay, but with other members of ours being injured, I am not going to make you my number one priority when we have other members bleeding out, members with fingers cut off and smashed legs, etc.
I would also like to point out (G2.12), which is the rule i'm assuming you're referring to when referencing poor quality roleplay. It states "
Not providing medical roleplay at any stage during a situation where your intentions are to revive them." My intentions were not to revive you at any point. While I understand that this rule is judged on a case-by-case basis, I still think it's important to consider the actual intentions before jumping to a conclusion on whether or not it is poor roleplay.
