Please (in detail) describe the incident: Mara and grove have just had a fight at fire station where i was downed in a position where my body is only able to be grabbed through the carry option, which you can see grove try to do but i deny. Then you can see they try to maneuver their cars to be able to scoop my body in which they fail and can hear Scottish say "lets just leave him, we cant get him." Then we see Harry id 349 get asked to try another car in which they do and you then see him position his car to the side of the ledge and third eye my body and then turn and successfully manages to vehicle placement me into the car. The reason i believe this to be exploitation as you can see how far my body it to the side of where i am to where the car is. This is in my opinion to be a unrealistic way of being able to scoop my body as you can also see he was only only to put me in the drivers seat and still had to move to the passenger seat of his car after he was able to move my body.

Hello and I'm sorry to see that this is here.

I'll keep this short and sweet since I don't understand why this is here, I don't think that this in any case exploiting, at the end of the day you were close enough to be placed in the car which is a mechanic many people use daily in this server when there is no obstructions in the way, at most the very most it is a curb which is causing no obstruction other than the car couldn't get up which didn't matter since you was still within range of the car placement, I could understand if this was through a wall or a fence but it wasn't this was next to a curb, this doesn't count as an obstruction as you can see in your clip there is nothing in the way and you were in range to be placed in the car, if I wasn't allowed to place you in the driver seat it wouldn't be a feature.

I have nothing more to say on this so I will wait for any decisions from staff or any questions from staff.

Good evening @Jenson Whittacker and thank you for taking your time to open this report.

Let's start by addressing the main claim.
From the clip and screenshot, you're downed on a slight elevation in between two HVAC units, and were placed in the vehicle from the side without clipping through any solid objects, walls, etc..
Another vehicle could have been used to make it a bit easier. However, that doesn’t meet (C2.2) Exploiting (e.g., “through walls/windows” or “bypassing intended animations”).

@Hazza97 What does concern me is the lack of visible roleplay, or attempt thereof, whilst trying to get Jenson in the car. I'm sure we can all agree that this use of the vehicle placement option was right at the edge, and yet nothing was really done to really sell the effort. I'd at the very least expect that when someone’s in a borderline position, you'd show some effort before simply pressing a button.
Make sure to keep that in mind for the future.
