What best describes this incident ?: RVDM - FailRP - Threats to break NLR
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was hanging around the Chinatown car park as it was late - most of the other Triads were off doing various activities and I was contemplating heading off for the night when I saw a car blatantly and intentionally mount the curb and drive into a chap who was hanging around our safety barrier; resulting in serious injury as you can see in the clip provided. I then begin to take chase as I'd heard the individual had been making a habit of it in the hour prior - Unfortunately I nearly broke my friends leg in the initial take off (You can't hear but he was given a bandage shortly after and an apology was given) but I was able to catch up to the car - Disable the vehicle - Shot at him until he attempted to flee on foot at which point I crippled him with the car - Popped him in the passenger seat and took off towards the ocean in the hope that we wouldn't have to deal with him again.
Now you can't hear me speaking unfortunately but I said very little anyway - I was tired and was generally just saying "Mhmm...Is that right?"....Or when he threatened to come back and kill me I said "You won't be doing anything soon buddy - You'll be dead"...at which point he said "I will respawn...I'm in GTA online" which you can hear. Shortly after he either re-spawned or left the server.
The second clip is footage from another Triad - Showing the same individual RVDMing in the time prior to my incident.
