What best describes this incident ?: Fail rp, Not valuing life, combatlog, meta gaming.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: So me and my mate set up a deal in order to buy a gun, but the actual plan was to steal it from the seller, the seller relogged after having mic issues which we tried to help him solve, but he had to relog anyways, about 2 minutes after he came back and we came back from buying food aswell, we set up the meeting again, we used whispering to contact eachother and we held hima t gun point and told him to put his hands up, he didnt listen , got into a car and ran off, we then caught him on the highway, he started shooting at us and we fired back, we shot him twice, he didnt die then we stopped shooting and told him tog et his hands up, again he refused and got his machete out and tried to kill me, then we killed him, the recording starts exactly when my mate carries him and id 408 falls out of the car by using /carry to leave my mates shoulders.
we proceeded to put him in the car itself and took him behind the casino track, we told him to give up his pistol and the bullets, he refused, he didnt care, he later combatlogged (on tape)
i have tried to solve it in ooc, he didnt want to, he claims he doesnt how us anything since he died and "doesnt remember anything" i told him you cant just break rules, die, then be safe and sound, he didnt care, and claimed that when his mic broke and we tried to hlep him by guiding him to settings was (breaking rp) maybe it is, but it was just to help him fix his mic.
ill be sending him this thread (he asked me to) so he can respond and show his point of view.
