Please (in detail) describe the incident: We was selling drugs by the taco shop and someone pulled into the car park so we went over to see who it was, he got out his car with a machete and started hitting us with it so we pulled out our guns and shoot him but he would not die to the shots

Report Summary:

After looking at the evidence provided and having a talk amongst other Staff/Developers we've determined that the possibility that this person could survive what damage he took was more than plausible. Therefore we cannot comfortably call this 'hacking'. However it is clear the justification for him turning to violence and the amount of RP prior to him attempting to harm you wasn't substantial enough. Therefore, while I wouldn't call this hacking, I'd certainly agree RDM was a factor within this report.
