Please (in detail) describe the incident: So I logged in in the safehouse, took my car out. (this was longer than 5 minutes prio). I went to change the color of the car, decided to go to the triads safehouse first. Upon arrival I started getting shot at from the windows with no words. No one said a single word to me before I got shot at, nor was there any indication that it was ballas on turf. They just popped up in the windows and started spraying at me. I was in a red krieger. But I myself was not in colours. SO they just assumed it was a triad when they shot at me and clearly weren't sure. When I mentioned OOC that it was RDM and I didn't wanna do anything about it as long as they got words in next time, I got as an answer that we keep crying OOC according to PJ although I tried to solve it with them. I just wanted RP from their side I didn't mind getting shot or taken as long as there was some RP to it, in OOC they also said that we run up to them with a knife without words so that gives them the right to shoot me without saying anything, but I think as leaders of ballas Sean and PJ should know better because 2 wrongs don't make a right.

ID's are unknown: OOC I know it was PJ and Sean specific, other Ballas are unknown

Are we forgetting we were shooting each other for hours yesterday? We posted on tweedle we were in your clubhouse before you pulled up a couple minutes prior. You saying there's no indication of it being Ballas, how? We were all in full colours and in multiple videos your own gang says they're been wanting this war for ages and now we're shooting at you on your turf you're throwing reports up? Makes no sense to me, Chuck. We've spoke to Fluqi and he's agreed what we have done is justified within the course of RP.

I'll not be replying further as I believe this is a waste of staff time. You're not gonna wait for the opposition to shoot first. You're going to make sure you have the upper hand in the situation when someone pulls up. We knew you were a confirmed triad from the car and the clothes you were wearing, therefore we shot. Nothing wrong with that as the entire evening yesterday was constant fighting between the two gangs.

A report was put up on Vagos for doing the same thing to Grove as they did the same thing when Grove were taking photos on their turf and Vagos shot them. This is not the first time Triads have taken things OOC instead of dealing with things in game. You were shot because you were a triad. Kidnapped and dumped Ballas yesterday. We initially drilled in side your safehouse and Eric was there, with a machete. Eric started swinging at us and he went down. Same concept that happened to you, except we took you by surprise.

I was in a car not on tweedle, and you cannot guarantee that someone in a red car is a triad. The post on tweedle was seconds before I pulled up how does that justify you shooting someone in a black outfit. If there was war rules set, could you have shot me if I was not in colors on turf? no. So even with war rules set this would have been straight RDM because you did not hear me only saw someone in a black outfit pull out of a red car. Because there was a shootout yesterday does not mean that you can shoot me today with no words.

Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)"
PJ as of now there is NO WAR. there is a WAR once there is WAR RULES set. Everything goes according to server rules, with or without war rules. I don't know where you have got the idea from that there is war. There was no PRIOR RP before u shot me. I was clearly outnumbered here and you still decided to shoot before even speaking to me or identifying that I even was a triad.

The clip of Jet with Cal and Esther where he says it's war. They got dumped. so NLR there is no way in RP of you knowing this, which means once again PJ you are using OOC information , is that what you are saying right now. Second of all you are saying you SAW ME in my outfit yesterday the screenshot is taken from my video. No evidence provided there whatsoever. EVEN IF they did survive. Jet saying it's war doesn't give you the rights to shoot me with no words, but as far as I know they didn't so all I got from this is you using OOC information to shoot me without saying any words.

PS: could u stop editing ur first reply it is very confusing.

If you didnt realise, I'm not sure how but this is a report which is OOC, and you're the one reporting right? I've not used any information that is OOC in game. This is just proof that Triads know it's a war. So don't act dumb by saying you've got no idea on what's happening and why we shot. You have a past of trying to twist words, Chuck. As Merek said in TS yesterday also, there was no rules broken by myself yesterday either that you accused me of.

If you check the clip also, there's multiple times you mentioning it was Ballas that shot. Yet you said on the report you had no clue it was us? Funny that.
Before you even got to turf multiple members of Triads were even preparing for a gun fight. Also funny in my opinion.

SO first you say in your reply that it is war because JET said so in game, which was supposed to be an excuse for you shooting me so I don't know why YOU are twisting your words right now. You clearly said that that is one of the reasons u shot me on sight. Which is breaking another rule G3.1 OOC Information. I didn't act dumb why you shot me. You broke a rule here and you keep saying that u did not even in OOC that's why we ended up here. I am done replying now PJ. 

EDIT: since u edited your reply again... I said before I pulled up there was NO INDICATION that it was ballas on our turf BEFORE u shot me. Even if we did prepare for a "gunfight" according to you. It would have been done according to the server rules and not without words.

Mate you are making no sense. 

The link I posted on Youtube was in regards to Triads knowing it is a war. THE ENTIRE OF LAST NIGHT was gun fights between triads and Ballas. You expect us not to pull up to Triads the next day to retaliate? I think you need to just keep OOC and in game feelings separate because that seems to be the issue here in my opinion, that you just don't like us. Possible revenge? Who knows. I'm 100% sure what we've done today within the course of RP was justified.
