I was travelling back to my barn with farm gear and was landing when i turned left a plain flew into me, i typed up in chat (wtf) and got a response of hahahahah, alah akbar. i asked the guy to come to teamspeake to sort the issue out he then logged off straight away. (5 mins into the video)

From reviewing the evidence there is no way to tell whether him hitting you was on purpose or not. From the video I can see that you are flying a black hellcat in the middle of the night with your collision lights turned off and it is very plausible that he didn't see you and accidentally hit you. 

However when you accidentally fly into someone with a plane you should try and say sorry at least and explain your side not say "alahakba" which sounds very much like allahu akbar. As the person did not apologize and rather immediately logged out I will be issuing a ban for 1.7 Common sense. There is not enough evidence to claim that it was 100% pure VDM.
