We got a message from the Medics to go out and check out if a gang base in our lands was clear as there was a lot of injured people down there. We went and checked it out and found a lot on injured people along side some body bags. We started securing the area for the medics and the medic landed and started reviving people, I wanted to investigate what had happened and wanted everyone in restraints however when we tried 2 people ran away into an orca and tried to shoot it down with no success. After this Jack. who had instantly ran into the DMT started initiating on Nuclear to start a gunfight. I believe this is clearly against rule 5.4
(5.4) When you are revived/downed:
You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.
Jack. first action after being revived was to get into cover and start a gunfight with Poseidon.
I would normally try to resolve this with the person but this is not the first time today we've had problems with Jack not wanting to roleplay and trying to start gunfights instead.

At the start of the Video you can see Jack. get revived and at the end you can hear him initiating and shooting a member of Poseidon starting a gunfight
