I bumped into a couple of HEMTTS who seemed to be waiting near the garage. I decided to ask them to tag along and I was able to hop into one of their trucks. I was taken with them to the aluminium mine and shortly after they drove off and tried to ditch me, but one of them stayed to pick me up. He then told me in the truck that they had removed him from the group for helping me, so I told him that we would seek revenge on his ex-gangmates.

This revenge was the reason we awaited their arrival at the processor in order to capture as many of them as we could. Only one of them (jaimy) showed up and we managed to ziptie him and took his radio and GPS. He revealed to us his name and we confirmed that the other guy who was removed from their gang knew who he was. In doing so, he told us his gang name which bore significant similarily to ours. We got him into a car and took him to the coastline.

Fast forward a little bit, we arrive and begin to question him on his gang and accused him of impersonation of our RP leader. This was when QutePotato and Anton arrived in a Tempest, despite us taking jaimy's comms & GPS, and rammed us into the sea (11:28). The tempest left and we continued to roleplay with jaimy, and finally executed him which was met with gunfire from a distance a few seconds later. We returned fire, only for the Tempest to come back and start pushing me (bleeding out, 22:22) along the floor and a Qilin running over my friend. (22:43)

I called all of their gang to teamspeak in side chat to try and resolve but nobody showed up or acknowledged my message

Hi,

Thank you for submitting the report I have reviewed the evidence! However since your video is very long there is always a small chance that I missed something so I will post my observations here and I will give you the opportunity to point it out to me if I missed anything! 

Overall the behavior of these people in the video is ridiculous. Jaimy is first of all in breach of the server rule 3.5.1 since there is no way his friends could have known the location of him without him breaching the server rules.

After this the tempest arrives and starts to VDM you and Rapper Sjors. However for me it is impossible to see who is driving this. There are 2 people in the tempest but for me it's unknown who is driving and who is in the passanger seat. After you executed Jaimy you start taking shots from all one person in a field. This person is most liekly killed by Rapper Sjors however this is not visible to me except sidechat. After this person is taken out suddenly someone else starts shooting as well. This is Jason. Jason is in breach of rule 2.2 here.

Then again a truck and the qilin come by and start to VDM. However I cannot see any names of people who were doing this. 

So I managed from this video to conclude that Jaimy and Jason are in breach of server rules and there is evidence that they have commited these offences.

If I missed anything in the above please quote me and tell me where to look if I didn't and you are happy with me proceeding with this outcome then quote me and say that you are happy to proceed! @Bob Wilkinson

 
That is good to here! Then I will conclude the report here. 

Taken into consideration my previous statement in the comment above I will be issuing a ban to Jaimy for rule 3.5.1 and a ban to Jason for rule 2.2.
