Ok so, i was in kavala near the bridge and i noticed a yellow ifrit was there with a few men near it, i approached the ifrit and saw it was unlocked so proceeded to steal it, I then headed for the north eastern lands (UNMC chop shop) as i was leaving kavala i noticed jammalcammal was killed (this is sort of metagaming however it shouldn't affect me or other players in game me knowing this information) so i was driving up near NPAS and i noticed a red hatchback speeding towards me they attempted to ram me and brake check me and in the end crashed and died (it was jammalcammal) i kept heading towards unmc and as i was driving there i broke a wheel so i repaired it while i was there i lock picked it and got the keys to see if there was anything valuable inside, so i lock the ifrit after repairing and keep going north i arrive at the border with my friend to be greeted by a hobo with nothing more then a book bag who magically opened the ifrit and hopped inside as a passenger, i proceeded to pass him a note saying why did u metagame and break NLR ((5.3) When you respawn:

Your character does remember their friends & gang members.) he then said he just wanted to know why i took the ifrit he doesn't care if it is scrapped, we asked him to exit the vehicle he did so, the ifrit was then scrapped, anyway after finishing doing this i texted him out of character asking why he did it and what rules he broke the evidence is his reply.

I didn't want this guy banned as i've seen him around a long time, But he was a police officer and a long term member and i feel he should of known better, Afterall if he wanted to know why i took it he could of texted me. I spoke with a support member and a staff member to get there opinion and all results were "Report him" so here i am.

you say you tried to resolve this but you asked what i did wrong i admitted to this to you and you said it was fine so you wouldn't report me but here i am looking at a report

Actually i never said once i won't report you, I asked what rules you broke so we could get this sorted now, You have been here long enough to understand that breaking NLR, Metagaming and VDMing are all highly bannable offences, As i stated i didn't want you to be banned but after conversing with a few support members they all came to the same conclusion you should be reported. The fact is your excuse of "I just wanted to know why you took the ifrit" is not gonna cut it for breaking 3 major rules. You could of easily got a response of why i took it via teamspeak, OOC, Ingame Mobile, But instead took it upon your self to keychain me to find me, vdm me, then respawn into athira so you could get the unmc border, Also what swayed me to report you was the fact i had 3 of my friends all tell me you have metagamed them before, But i thought that was irrelevant thats why it wasn't included within the report its self, I just think you've been here long enough to understand breaking those rules because someone took your ifrit is only going to end one way... That being said i actually tried to take this to the DIs/CSIs because i was still under the impression you were an active police officer so i wanted you to be reprimanded without it resulting in a ban, However i heard you had retired so this is the only other way i could have it dealt with accordingly, You have to admit mate what you did was way over the line of just attempting to find out why i stole the ifrit, Granted you exited the vehicle when asked and that was the last time i seen you in game, But if i had done that to another player i would find my self in the same situation as you.

I even said to the support members i spoke to i hate getting people banned i always try to think of a reasonable resolution but no matter what angle you look at this situation from you had no right to break that many rules over something so small, I don't think it should be the end of your time here as this community is one of the best i've been on everyones friendly and everyone has a laugh and i understand sometimes it can be very frustrating when something bad is done to you, I just think you maybe need to re read the rules and rethink your actions, However i'm going to let staff handle this one.

Your evidence is insufficient, we cannot see that he actually broke the rule. Can you remember the name of the member support that you talked to, I'm keen to find out if this was resolved or not.

@i spoke to samuel and azamai, azamai also spoke with samat and said samat came to the same conclusion, i only posted the screenshot because my videos been playing up lately, ive just installed the new drivers which hopefully fixes the problem.
