Basically we where shooting tires of a truck when he (jazzy) vdm`ed us. I lost My gear by dying. Video was recorded without audio (1in a 10th chance) however i dont think it will affect anything.

Okay so this is when we already was bleeding out. The truckdriver (jazzy) actually stayed with us the police came. I asked for the officer name ingame then looked up his name on ts and asked for the truckdrivers name. ^^

I reported him because he thought that he did not do anything wrong. When we was solving where pasting the VDM rules in chat, however he did not want to comp or anything. He just said: let the staff decide. So here we are. 

I believe this is evidence enough. I can upload everything between from where i died and to this^^.

Bad case of VDM could have easily been avoided to just not swerve into them.
