Please (in detail) describe the incident: Just spawned in fob to get some gear before restart, Joel stands next to me and knocks me out without saying anything just as I get my money out, robs me for 450k and then banks the money.

I actually told you to put your hands up, the reason you couldn't hear it was of the helicopter.
 

Why did you not contact me, so I could take a look into this.

I would compensate this. As the video shows, that you could not hear me initiating.

In this video from joels friend you can hear joel say in swedish at around 1:25 that these guys have a lot of cash and thats why you should wait here and knock them out to rob. Seems like he did the same thing to a couple of other people so it's probably best to deal with him sooner rather than later as if this keeps going on people will just end up rdming him and his friend to protect themselves.

Since you received comp for the rule break i  assume you guys have talk and there for the report is moved to rejected.
