Please (in detail) describe the incident
I log onto the game, spawning in kavala, however my boys turn out to be near Agios so I begin making my journey there. On the way there, while speeding in a hatchback sport, an SUV starts swerving in the middle of the road, I assume to avoid a collision with a civilian which I hit in the process of trying to swiftly slow down due to the driver of the SUV. I go back to apologise to the man I ran over, at which point the SUV driver also steps out and immediately pulls out his weapon - assuming the worst to come, I pull out mine as well and ask him to holster his (not in a threatining matter, my weapon was holstered at all times and was simply pulled out to prepare for a nasty situation). He then proceeds to shoot and kill me without warning, and executes me soon after with no roleplay.
