Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and PC John Miller were arresting a lad due to the fact that he was ramming our vehicle and playing dumb about it. We then realise its someone from earlier who was trying to run people over constantly. During the arrest he then decides to call me a faggot and combat logs on us. Around an hour or two later I then get word that he has been arrested and is at the cells. At which point I just walk in and grab his new ID as I didn't manage to get the old one.
