I was on police patrol and we saw an armed guy at Kavala. We went to speak to him at the garage but he just logged off once we asked him about the weapon he was carrying.

Player clearly aborts to lobby in the middle of the rp situation to avoid you taking his firearm away. Seeing as it's an obvious case of combat log and not the first time person has broken rules recently I will be issuing a ban for 2.5.
