We had a crash with some cops before the incident me and my friend Santa Claus were doing Meals On Wheels and as we were on the floor knocked out a guy who robbed a cop car near us came to us said he was calling a medic then killed me and my friend with a rook, we did try to contact the player but he left right after.

me and my friend were driving down agios and this guy wanted help so we stopped and he just shot me and then executed me and my friend got out and shot him after he killed me.

Not really much to say here. Jurgon executed you both with litterally no roleplay. 

Action Taken against Jurgon Von Strangle for rule (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.
