I was at the ANN news to buy my press pass and had done it. We heard a car turn up and at first was worried but then we was going over the to our helicopter to fly off. We then saw this armed guy appear pointing a weapon and I had my weapon on my back and my friends lowered, I attempted to RP with him however he just kept aiming his weapon and taking cover, I then took the decision to get into my helicopter and leave the situation due to the lack of RP I received however he then decided to initiate.
Not only do I think the initiation was very very poor, I was also in my helicopter at the time posing no threat to him prior to his initiation. He didn't tell me to get out the helicopter and my heli was started when he was initiating, he RDM'd me in the initiation as it was invalid towards myself, also due to his lack of RP before hand I made a decision to not pose a threat back and just leave the situation, before his initiation. He decided to shoot me out of the helicopter, if he disabled the heli it wouldn't have been as bad, but no point was there in point in shooting me when I never posed any sort of threat.
At the end of the video he outright refuses to come to TeamSpeak, so I will not reply to this report a player and will let the admins decide what to do with the situation. I have no respect for people who cant even be bothered to come on TeamSpeak and I will not accept an apology.
