Pulled up on a guy, told him i need his gun and vehicle, he said he cannot do that, I pulled out my pistol and pointed it and the ground and asked him why, he then proceeded to shoot me.

So from the video provided, I can see a few issues, in particular, the first being that you and your buddy are discussing how to the rob the cop while standing and walking next to them thus metagaming as you are discussing ingame actions next to others on teamspeak so you are influencing what you do by that means. Then again I see you metagaming and doing the same thing with using the gang lists to influence whether or not you rob someone and as such using out of character information very blatantly. I think you need some time off to ensure you are able to re-read and understand the rules and why they exist at that.

Now onto Kasper, indeed the quality of roleplay, in general, there was not near enough and was very poor, pulling the trigger far too soon. Considering your time on the server as well you should know better and also appear to need some time off to re-read and understand the rules then explain yourself and prove it won't happen again.
