Please (in detail) describe the incident

Player was rubbered and restrained. He then attempted to shoot me twice while restrained using a glitch. I warned him about this that he would be deported and when moving him in the vehicle he restraint glitched twice more by jumping out of the vehicle. I told him in direct "// ooc" that he had broken the rules and must come to the Liaison room, he then ignored me for the next 5 minutes. I sent him to Jail and spoke to his Gang Leader who spoke to him and kicked him from the gang, I messaged him on Teamspeak to still come and talk with me, he left teamspeak.

Police Officer Nooms restrained me when i was shooting his cop friend so when i stand up my character glitched and still shot the whole mag. I really didnt want to shot the cops when he arrested me but my character bugged and thats why it shot and my mouse is a little bit broken too that can be one of the problems too i dont know. And i am new to Altis Life i am playing it like for 1 or 2 weeks now you know so yeah.

I have since spoken to Kennedy Jones on Teamspeak, he has made the effort to try and contact me about the incident, he explained he is new and will be posting on this thread shortly to explain it from his side, I would like to give him credit for attempting to resolve this. He does seem to want to carry on with this server.
