Please (in detail) describe the incident

My friends are being shot at at weed processor and I am driving around scouting out. A few of my friends are killed and only a couple of us remain. I come down from a hill after taking a few shots and continue to scout. (Keep in mind I was firing with a silencer from a concealed position from a few hundred meters away and so they couldn't have seen me) I drive down the hill as see a guy in the grass. I turn around to see what he has. He then tells me to stop or he will shoot and as he finishes saying that he shoots and kills me. Less than 5 seconds was given for me to comply. He refused to come to teamspeak on the grounds he did nothing wrong so I have come to the forums.

@nootnoot8Hello, by chance have you got a longer video? From watching this it does seem like RDM (3 Minuets before the situation would be sufficient). However before banning we must make sure we have the full scenario. And since this was clearly an active gun fight I just want to make sure that this guy was not involved etc / has not seen you shoot!

You know your being attacked, why would you stay around knowing your under fire? That should ring a bell, and tell you get out of there.Which also means your car has been Identified as Hostile target and you have been spotted.

                A few of my friends are killed and only a couple of us remain. I come down from a hill after taking a few shots and continue to scout. 

Theres something fishy I discovered also, and starts at 2:37:

Your going downhill at a speed of 70, then you manage to see a concealed stationary? His name pops up when passing him giving you a sign that someone is hiding there. 

Am assuming metagaming here in this situation, since you immediately made a U-turn. Because after watching the video 15-20 times there would had been no way for you to see him, and you reacted after his name flashed on the screen for about 1 second. 

You need to Justify your own actions here first.

There was a active gunfight going on that is correct, he was was obviously not working alone in the area.

He should had given you time to comply, at least a couple of seconds more. He also made a mistake.

If think there is a misunderstanding here, when I say i was 'taking a few shots' I mean i was firing at them, not taking fire.

As to the assumed metagame, if you look a few seconds before 2:37 you can see his leg sticking out of the bush and I have quite keen eyes! I can understand how this would seem fishy though.

 
I know, its a split second seeing his legs before his name pops up on your screen. I hope you get what I am stating when you take that sudden U-turn.

But anyways, he made a mistake by not giving you enough time to comply. And I would classify it as Fail/Poor Roleplay.
