Rules broken: 2.1/2.7 (ramming patients + myself), 2.12 (taking a medic's vehicle)
I picked up ketan and two other people from a crash and brought them to NHS Kavala. ketan tells me these two other people shot his truck and tried to kidnap him; when I get him up, as you can see in the video around 2:48 he gets agitated and asks me to stop treatment. I must've left my vehicle unlocked because, as is then shown, he steals my car for no apparent reason and drives off. At first it was around the car park but he proceeded to ram the other two people and eventually myself when I tried to block him. I put in an admin request (or 2) but there was no response, so my vehicle was returned by a small group who later (roleplayed) took him hostage.
I did NOT attempt to resolve this with him before reporting. It did not occur to me to try and resolve the issue on TS, primarily because 1) I seldom find myself in this situation and 2) He ignored my messages in OOC chat stating that this was a clearly bannable offence - in my opinion, he would not have come to TS even if asked
