I was driving a HEMT down the road when I noticed I was being followed by a sport hatchback and a cargo van.

Before I could react and without warning the cargo van proceeded to pull infront of me on the road and stop, causing me to explode and die.

Following the incident I called Kush to teamspeak, who was very overly aggressive and proceeded to blame me claiming that I had way over '100m to stop'.

Upon attempting to resolve I was told by Kush to take it to the forums and he threatened to attempt to get other members of my gang (Original Gangstas) banned if I did.

CONTEXT : This truck had been stolen at the blood diamond cutter and was full of cut diamonds, the van was not present at this point.

Finally had the chance to read, its very simple to type formal and not look like a lier, If you are travilling 90kph and i pull up 100m infront while your still driving you will end up hitting me but what stopped you from turning the vdm system made you blow up because you carried on dirving and didnt attempt to stop

I have no idea where you're getting 100m from. The video clearly shows I had less than 20m to stop. 

The video also clearly shows me begin to swerve to the right to avoid the van but given that little time to react I could do nothing to prevent the crash. 

It is clear to see that this was an intentional attempt at getting me to crash into you.

@KushOG I honestly can't understand how you still believe Styx could have prevented that when you clearly pull out right infront of him.

Action Taken against Kush for (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).
