I was just at the hospital, waiting for my friend to get helped. And the two guys in a hatchback comes up and runs everybody over. (time im not sure of but in between 17:30 to 19:00)

Due to clear VDM, player laaquadarius has been banned for 2.1. Clearly not the behaviour we would like to see in this community. The second player Devonte has received a warning on his player profile which will carry forward to any future instances where he is seen to be behaving in an undesirable manner.
