I believe Lewis Halliwell to be hacking or duping money (it very recently jumped up over 2.5 mil in 1 go). I have seen in chat (server 1) he has offered people 500k saying stuff like "i'm just feeling kind" (or something like that). He also has no ways of acquiring such money, as he has no trucks of any kind.
I haven't directly confronted him as I believe he would then try and hide it.
