Please (in detail) describe the incident

We decided to execute LewLew after a short standoff. When executed, mister LewLew felt the need to use a Racial slur, later on justifying it in ooc saying "i'm black anyway so what's it matter?". There's not really much more to it. We tried to have a word with him after he proceeded to break NLR/metagame, where he showed 0 interest in learning about the rules, hence why i popped this report up over the original matter.
