Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello, I hope which ever staff member dealing with this report is having a great evening.
I am writing this report this evening due to beliefs of a rule being broken which would be NVL.
This all happened between the hours 15:30 and 16:30.
Liam -
As you can see in the evidence below the clips show Liam being in a local vehicle while enroute to his turf he spotted us prior to this situation and called it out on radio (clip is provided below), 5 Marabunta spotted him in this situation and proceeded to hands Liam, as you can see in the 2 different POV's given below there was at least 4 guns pointed at Liam during this moment. He received very clear and demanding commands to NOT drive away or do anything stupid, Liam proceeded to drive off from this situation which resulted into him being shot swiftly after which is also shown in the clip. We did attempt to take grove to QE during this however they refused and did not join which is why i have brought it to the forums.

As you can see in the evidence provided, Marabunta had a situation where they spotted chard in colors at pillbox, Marabunta proceeded to make the move and pull in we attempt to hands chard before she walks into pillbox however she carries on, marabunta then decamp from the vehicle they are in and run inside, we then attempt to hands chard with clear demands to not do anything stupid, chard proceeded to ignore these commands and pulls the gun with no words said on 3 marabunta members who all had guns during this situation.

Once again as shown within the evidence jaime had been caught at pillbox as well, the 3 marabunta run into him and attempt to hands jaime rather then just shooting straight away as marabunta like to prioritize RP before anything however this does not seem the same for Grove, after Marabunta gave jaime very clear demands jaime did not listen and proceeded to shoot without words.
This to me seems to be a case of NVL, i will edit this afterwards of evidence asking grove to QE however they did not respond.
