Hes willing to comp on his behalf he thought you had shot at him because he heard a gunshot and you guys were aiming your guns at Northy if you didnt want no trouble you should of lowered your gun and apologised that way am not defending him it was shitty on his part to shoot without any initiation due to the fact lilrhys thinking you shot at northy

i just believe this can be solved quite easily with a simple conversation if your willing 

The guns were out as we were drug running and there were police/rebels coming by and we had been approached by people trying to rob us several times, it was merely a deterrent, I made it very clear we were no threat to you guys and came over to help I do however see the confusion yet you should have been within range to hear what I was saying if you wasn't then you definitely shouldn't have just shot, your guy should have told you what was going on, someone holding a gun knowing where you are and not shooting should be clear that its not a gun fight.

I have already tried to converse with you and you wasted a lot of my time and I feel I was lied to, lets just wait for an admins input and see what they want to do.

With reports of RDM you would need at least a 3-5 minute video to show you have no prior interactions with each other. However both parties show short videos from the point of being spiked and that this was the first interaction with each other. Now from what we can see Boston Broiler saying sorry for spiking your friend and didn't want any trouble within the situation. 

There was a shot fired however Northy didn't die and was unharmed. As you can see in the videos from Boston Broiler that they thought you guys shot but they never shot just told Northy to lowered his gun and stated it was an accident and that they didn't want any trouble. No threats were made within the video the only thing they asked you to do is repair your vehicle. Lilrhys decided to shoot and kill Boston Broiler. 

As no threats were made and it was RDM, I will be banning you for this LilRhys.
